Thrust cylindrical roller bearings
NKE Thrust Cylindrical Roller Bearings are robust bearings specifically designed to accommodate heavy axial loads (loads acting along the shaft axis) in demanding industrial applications. A thrust cylindrical roller bearing features a full complement of long, slender cylindrical rollers positioned between a washer flange on the shaft (inner ring) and a housing flange (outer ring). Unlike deep groove ball bearings which primarily handle radial loads, the line contact between the rollers and raceways in thrust cylindrical roller bearings allows them to handle significantly higher axial loads.
